All organs are carefully tested note by note. Any repairs necessary are done right here in our 2600' repair center before shipping.

All items undergo the following services as a minimum in our shop before delivery.

1 Complete disassemble and high pressure interior blow out and thorough cleaning.

2 All tubes are replaced with new ones (old ones are tested and included if you wish).

3 Tube pins and sockets are straighten, tightened and cleaned.

4 Bussbars are removed cleaned, polished and re-inserted.

5 All switches are cleaned and coated with a contact anti-oxide preservative.

6 Scanner drives are tested and rebuilt if necessary.

7 Generators are washed out and re-lubricated.

8 Start and run motors are tested cleaned and re-lubricated.

9 Key guides are replace if worn.

10 Many other tests are performed on the organ before delivery
